Terms And ConditionsGeneral
by contacting orotorns (the Artist), the Client has agreed to the following conditions1. the Client has agreed for their commission to be used for the artist’s portfolio, examples, and other informed personal use unless privacy fee has been paid2. the Artist will keep a copy of the client’s commission as record3. After transection, the Artist will not be responsible for any losses4. the artist have the right to refuse any commissions that they feel uncomfortable with, or too busy to complete, or out of their capabilities5. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the termination of the commission without refund, a permanent blacklist, and public notice if necessary to protect the community.PAYMENTS

Commissions usually takes 1-2 weeks to render unless otherwise stated
Full process estimates up to a month including communication and revisionsDelays in communication from the Client will result in an equivalent extension of the deadline. If a Client does not respond for more than 14 days without prior notice, the commission may be marked as 'Abandoned' without a refund.Included files can be found in commission details, additional requests to be made under request formsUSE
Commercial use is currently strictly prohibited.General personal use including but not limited to:

Copyright laws apply to both artist and client.The Client is strictly prohibited from using the commissioned artwork for AI training, datasets, or any generative AI purposes.
The Artist will not use AI to generate any part of the commission.REFUNDS
Commissions are not refundable after completionIf torns cancels the commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued regardless of progress. If the Client cancels after work has begun, I reserve the right to keep a 'kill fee' proportional to the work already completed.The client agrees that they are authorised to use the payment method provided. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in the immediate forfeiture of all rights to the artwork and a permanent ban.No downgrades will be entertained(example: fullbody to headshot)COMMUNICATION
